AUTISM SPECTRUM DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE
Together with my very experienced Psychiatric colleagues, we offer a comprehensive multi-disciplinary diagnostic service for Autism Spectrum that is competitively priced. The assessment is conducted according to the NICE guidelines of best practice and we use the Autism Diagnostic Interview (ADI-R) in combination with a clinical interview. The cost of the assessment plus report is £1050.

PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY (INDIVIDUAL, COUPLE OR FAMILY)
We offer specifically adapted psychological therapy for you on the Autism Spectrum. This may cover a range of issues, including understanding the differences between Autism and neurotypicals, skills development, stress management, depression, self-harm, anxiety, social anxiety, anger management, OCD, PTSD, sexuality and identity issues, relationships, understanding unwritten rules, building on strengths, career development, reasonable adjustments, student welfare, sleep problems, etc.

We can also offer couples or family therapy where one member of the family (or more) has a diagnosis of ASD.
INTENSIVE PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT
Where we believe more intensive support would yield better results than individual therapy, we are able to offer a more intensive community-based therapeutic package within the London area. This is often suitable when other therapeutic progress has been limited because of a difficulty following through on recommendations made in sessions.

A typical intervention would include an initial assessment with a Clinical Psychologist and one of our experienced Assistant Psychologists with a view to create a targeted intense support programme to enable you to develop skills, reduce anxiety (including social anxiety), attend community events, courses, and employment, reduce OCD symptoms, attend medical appointments, and create a structure to your day. Often this results in reduced depression and improved confidence and self esteem.
